Pleased as punch in 2015

TEN THINGS THAT MADE ME FEEL  PROUD THIS YEAR

1. Watching Eldest Child and Lovely Daughter jump out of an airplane with panache.
What moxy!  I was also proud that I was able to take pictures while seeing my kids falling out of the sky.  What a crazy feeling!

2.  Directing a play that Creative Child wrote to great success

3.  Watching Youngest Child get better and better in basketball because of determination and practice.

4.  Tony and I celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary.

5.  Sitting in an audience and watching my Eldest Child perform all his own songs......

and then hearing about his hike of 500 miles in the mountains of France and Spain on the Camino.

6.  Thoughtful Child landing a teaching job and loving everything about his 7th - 9th graders.  Also hearing him say how grateful he was that I home schooled him all those years and how it made him so interested in life!  Also so proud that he directed his first Shakespeare play:  Othello.

7.  Watching Active Child go in to interview for a job and get it!!

8.  The Lovely Daughter becoming more and more wise, witty, and confident!  She is the BEST.

9.  Watching Dancing Child do his stuff.

10.  Knowing that I married a Gentleman and a Scholar....who is also not afraid of the PUN.

  6. What a terrific year for your wonderful family! My youngest has jumped out of an airplane and few times, now, but I have never witnessed it... I once thought that I'd like to do that, too, but not anymore! Happy New Year!!
