Saturday Night we found ourselves at a great little corner bar in the depths of our city. The Blue Pearl.... isn't that a great name? We came to listen to Eldest Child and his friend Marie play for the evening. It was a night of great wine, lovely soups like roasted pepper and tomato soup, assorted cheeses, breads and all things vegetarian. The owners of this bar really enjoyed having us all....family, friends, and relatives. This little place really made me happy that I live in a city. There is nothing like that old brick and wood feeling and creative, unique people everywhere.
